Adam Webster brings 20+ years of experience in politics, campaigns, and government to his work as a leading political consultant and strategist.

He has worked on over 100 campaigns in multiple states, ranging from statewide and Federal races, to municipal, county, and state legislative campaigns. He has also served as the general consultant for a State Democratic Party and Senate Democratic Caucus and run Independent Expenditure Committees (Super PACs).

When it comes to tailoring a campaign message and creating innovative targeting and spending plans, Adam knows how to make candidates stand out to voters. His individualized approach to every campaign ensures that your communications always hit the mark.

Adam grew up in a small rural town and now he splits his time between Boston and Maine with his wife and two kids.

Phil Geoffroy is a graphic designer, communications professional, and seasoned campaign consultant with a deep understanding of how to connect candidates with voters—visually and strategically.

Phil brings experience from both sides of the political arena: he’s worked in legislative offices at the state and federal level, and has spent time in the trenches of full-time campaign work.

Over the course of his career, Phil has contributed to dozens of winning campaigns across a wide range of races, from competitive local elections to statewide primaries. In addition to his design work, he regularly advises on messaging and visual strategy.

Phil is also an expert in campaign branding. From logo development to full-scale visual identity, he creates cohesive, compelling brands that carry seamlessly across direct mail, digital ads, literature, signage, and more. He is committed to staying current with design trends to ensure the work he produces feels modern and relevant.
